Alicia is an accomplished operations professional with more than 15 years of experience in human resources, project management, and organizational leadership. Since joining EMILY™ in 2019, she has managed internal workflows, human resources, policy administration, procurement, and project delivery across a range of client contracts. As a small business owner, Alicia brings a practical, detail-oriented perspective that keeps teams organized, projects on track, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

A fun fact about Alicia is that she owns an alpaca farm with alpacas, llamas, chickens, ducks, and turkeys!
