Jacob Rhoad

As Marketing Support Specialist at EMILY Revolutionary Marketing Group LLC, Jacob supports the firm’s growth across government and nonprofit sectors through strategic prospecting, proposal development, and partner coordination. He leads EMILY’s RFP and contracting support efforts, identifying new opportunities, developing compliant and compelling submissions, and managing partner relationships that expand the firm’s reach in priority markets.

Since joining EMILY in 2022, Jacob has focused on creating efficient, dependable processes that strengthen the firm’s pipeline and support sustainable growth. His work spans prospect management, partnership programs, and administrative and operational support for leadership, helping keep projects organized, aligned, and moving forward.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys painting, exploring the local coffee scene, and spending time with his dog, Cash.
