As a Customer Service and Team Support professional at EMILY™, she works closely with management and team members to organize priorities, coordinate requests, support projects, and keep initiatives moving forward. She contributes to client proposal development, creates and refines internal tools and resources, and enhances content for blogs, courses, and other client materials.

With a strong commitment to service, she helps create positive client experiences while ensuring clients and colleagues feel heard, supported, and confident that they have a dependable partner they can count on.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing with her dog Nova, and relaxing while watching her chickens roam the yard.
